Who we are
Top Games UK is a section of virtomat.com. We are the controller of personal data collected through this guide. Contact us at [email protected].
What we collect
We only collect what you send us through the contact form: your name, email address and message. Our server also records the date, time and IP address of each form submission to prevent misuse. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to you (legitimate interests). Messages are handled on our own server and sent to our team over an encrypted connection through our email delivery provider (Brevo). We never sell or share your data for marketing.
How long we keep it
Messages and form records are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted.
Links to games
When you follow a Get started link you leave this website. Each game's own privacy policy then applies.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
