Responsible play
Free games should stay fun. Here is how to keep them that way, and where to get help.

Keep it fun
Virto Mat is free, has no real-money play and no prizes. Even so, any game can take up more time than you meant. These tips help keep play a light part of your day.
- Decide how long you want to play before you start, and stop when the time is up.
- Take regular breaks. Step away from the screen, stretch and have a drink of water.
- Play because it is fun, not to escape stress or difficult feelings.
- Do not let play get in the way of sleep, work, study or time with people you care about.
- Remember that doing well in a free game does not mean you would do well at real-money gambling.
Signs to look out for
It may be time to take a break if you:
- play for longer than you planned, again and again;
- feel irritable or low when you are not playing;
- hide how much time you spend playing;
- start thinking about real-money gambling to chase the feeling of a win.
Tools we offer
- Take a break: ask Player Care to pause your account for a period you choose.
- Restrict your account: ask us to limit your account.
- Delete your account: remove it yourself at any time from your account page.
Use the Player Care form or email [email protected] and a person will reply.
Adults only
Virto Mat is for adults aged 18 and over in the UK. If you share a device with children, sign out after playing and consider parental control software such as the controls built into your phone, tablet or computer.
